Strategy Description

The Elms Spa Resort provides a premier destination and superb amenities for a senior living residence, located 23 miles NE of Kansas City, Missouri. Senior Living at The Elms will be a residence with 130 units of independent and assisted living and memory care. This is a joint venture between Horizon Midway Group and PrimeInvest Ventures LLC. Our total investment plan is $45.8 million for a 150,000 square foot senior living residence in a six story structure on the 5.5 acre Eastern riverside of The Elms Resort. The Elms is also located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) census tract. Seeking $9M in LP investments and we are willing to split any LP investment with our second project Harvey House, Elgin IL.
