Strategy Description

The primary investment objective of the Partnership is to generate capital appreciation and growth by investing long/short in publicly traded homebuilder and housing related equity securities who are likely to outperform/underperform vs. consensus expectations over a 12-month time horizon. The Partnership’s investment strategy will be primarily guided by the research provided by the Housing Research Center (“HRC”). HRC is the leading independent equity research firm in the nation focused on the US housing market. HRC develops and maintains detailed financial models on each company it tracks.
