Strategy Description

The US residential market is our focus because of the strong economic tailwinds in the sector. An aging supply of existing homes, a housing and rental shortage, in addition to rapid price appreciation produces a favorable risk-reward profile for Aloha’s borrowers and Fund investors. These economic fundamentals held up through the global pandemic of 2020. Lending is a lower risk approach to real estate investing with the safeguard of foreclosing and owning property. The Fund has delivered high-yield, consistent returns by diversifying across markets, regions and borrowers. The portfolio is actively managed, with a constant eye on mitigating risks, so we can provide stable monthly income and liquidity to our investors.
