5P Capital Management LLC (“5P”) is a private capital firm focusing on mid-market special situations, stressed and distressed opportunities. The firm was established by partners who have a 20-year history of working together as advisors and investors at Rothschilds and WL Ross & Co. Over this time, we have been involved in investing over $10 billion in capital across the globe, in a broad array of industries and over multiple market cycles – experience matters.

What we do: We focus on Small to Mid-Market Special Situations, Deep Value, and Distressed opportunities as they tend to be event-driven, less efficient and where we can have the greatest impact. We provide flexible solutions and the ability to invest across the capital structure in companies that are undervalued, out of favor, or facing identifiable and fixable challenges. Much of our sourcing is relationship-driven and built over years of working with bankers, lawyers, and advisors. We focus on working with the “right partners” and seek opportunities where we have a competitive edge in terms of sourcing, experience and insights, risk assessment, and the ability to unlock or create value.
