1. Housing Growth Fund - The Growth Fund invests in stocks and options. Our objective is Aggressive Growth.Our strategy is long/short. Our goal is to find stocks that are mispriced by the market and that are likely to beat or miss consensus expectations. The fund is up 75% YTD in 2020. The fund is up 149% since inception in 2017.
2. Housing Income Fund - The Income Fund invests in bonds and dividend stocks. Our objective is to generate sustainable predictable passive income. Our strategy is to buy and hold bonds and stocks long-term that have above average yields and strong upside potential. The fund pays a 6% dividend yield. The fund has delivered total returns of 35% since inception in 2017.

Our investment team tracks over 7,000 homebuilder communities all across the nation. We have visited thousands of communities over the last 15 years to perform on-the-ground due diligence on the companies we invest in. We have developed a unique proprietary methodology of analyzing homebuilding companies that consistently yields superior risk adjusted returns.
