In 2011, Mathias Piardon co-founded an award-winning quantitative, fully systematic, managed futures fund, focusing on Asian markets. Prior to this, between 2009 and 2010, he headed the Asia ex-Japan equity derivatives trading desk for Dresdner in Hong-Kong. From 1999 to 2010, Mathias worked as a senior equity derivatives trader for Calyon in London, Paris and Hong Kong, working on various books such as prop and dispersion trading.
