Three Zero Three Capital Partners, LLC operates affiliate companies 303 Proprietary Trading, LLC (106.J equity member of the CME), 303 Alternatives, LLC (SEC/FINRA registered broker dealer and ATS), and 303 Securities, LP (SEC/FINRA regulated broker dealer, NFA registered IB, and 106.J equity member of the CME). 303 incubates trading groups and hedge funds as well as underwrite, syndicate, and advise issuers on equity, debt, and hybrid securities, primarily for transactions in which the firm and its Principals act as the lead investor.
