HISTORY
Brummer & Partners’ first fund, Zenit, was launched on 1 July 1996 as Sweden’s first hedge fund. Already when Brummer & Partners was established in 1995 the founders had a clear idea of offering asset management with an absolute return focus, something which at that time did not exist in the Swedish market. With Zenit, Brummer & Partners became pioneers in hedge fund management in Sweden, paving the way for an entire industry in the country. Since then the Group has evolved into one of Europe’s leading hedge fund managers.
